This gym is great overall. I've been a member for years and I can say the staff are always friendly, kind, and welcoming, which makes the atmosphere really enjoyable. The equipment is well maintained, both cardio and strength, and everything is usually clean and in good condition. The only downside is that they don’t have many duplicates of certain machines, so it can be hard to use specific equipment during busy hours. It would be nice to see a larger variety or additional versions of certain machines to better accommodate peak times. Other than that, I really have no complaints.
I prefer afternoon workouts because it’s quieter and easier to concentrate. Cardio machines are accessible, and I rarely have to wait. Ventilation near one corner could be better during intense sessions, but it’s not a major issue. Staff is polite and available when needed. It’s a practical setup that supports regular training without unnecessary distractions or complications.
I am a new member and I am already hooked!
The facility is outstanding along with the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time!
I would highly recommend the Oak Park location.
