Natalie was so knowledgeable of my daughter's disease and helped her immensely with her recovery from shoulder surgery. So, when I fell and hurt my back and knee a few years back, I knew where to go. Again, it was a wonderful experience, and then I learned that they have other services. Now, I take the Pilates class, and have done laser treatments, personal training, stretch lab and MELT workshops. All the staff and the owner are welcoming, warm, and professional! It is truly a gem!“

Thanks to her guidance, I’ve lost over 27 lbs and I’m more toned than I’ve ever been in my life. Michelle’s classes are not just effective; they’re enjoyable because of her positive energy and genuine passion for helping others. She’s incredibly kind, always takes the time to walk through new moves, and makes sure you’re doing exercises correctly to prevent injury. It’s clear she’s always looking out for her clients’ well-being.
What sets Michelle apart is her ability to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. She’s always smiling, brings an uplifting vibe to every class, and her personalized attention keeps me motivated. Honestly, if it weren’t for Michelle, I don’t think I would’ve continued with these classes.

Additionally, my back pain is essentially gone when I consistently go to class 2 times a week. The other instructors are also great. It’s a challenging workout no matter how often you go.“
“Big fan of Shyft! Kyla is my instructor and does a fabulous job. I walk away from our reformer class feeling so great. Stretched, worked out and more focused. As someone who had their knee reconstructed, I love the low impact work out that really builds some heat. The studio is quaint, clean and quiet which I appreciate. Love it so much here I got a monthly membership, I highly recommend anyone who wants to try a class to sign up for a drop in or community class to try it, you'll love it!“

She gave so much support and advice when needed and I always appreciate how much she’s helped me. She has loyal and friendly clients that I loved working with while I practiced teaching for my Reformer/Mat certification. Her studio has a variety of equipment that many studios don’t have and it’s very nice & clean. I definitely recommend checking her studio and taking Pilates classes over there! :)“

The GM and workers were so incredibly helpful, friendly, and FUNNY!! We hit it off right away and I LOVE THAT!! I truly felt so welcomed.
Although my vacation got very busy and I wasn’t able to make it back for the remainder of my trip (brb crying) - I could not recommend this specific location more!! So much that I’m leaving a review.
You could clearly tell they enjoy being there and wanted to make sure you felt taken care of too. When I come back I will definitely be going here. Seriously - cause I need my second towel but only from here haha!

When you are in a class with Kathleen, you plank and it's OVER!! She's so serene, so soothing you dont even realize how hard you are pushing yourself!! Wow!! I took part in her 1.5 Flow followed by her 1 Flow...my left side sciatica has lessened and I feel taller and stronger!!

The owner is responsive and compassionate. I've rarely experienced this expert level of instruction. The variety of classes offer a well rounded weekly workout for all levels. The monthly unlimited package works well for my current workout needs. I am very grateful to have found Heather's two studios in Downers Grove.“
