Natalie was so knowledgeable of my daughter's disease and helped her immensely with her recovery from shoulder surgery. So, when I fell and hurt my back and knee a few years back, I knew where to go. Again, it was a wonderful experience, and then I learned that they have other services. Now, I take the Pilates class, and have done laser treatments, personal training, stretch lab and MELT workshops. All the staff and the owner are welcoming, warm, and professional! It is truly a gem!”
