He is on top of game! Originally called gross heating over a year ago they told us they had to special order a part, they got the part put it in and blew our whole heater, again was told had to special order a part and again year gone by and still nothing! Called JM Heating and cooling, came out on Tuesday and by Wednesday found the part and placed it same day for more than half the price of gross! Will never use another place again! Thanks JM heating! 10 out of 10 for sure! very pleased and happy with customer service, professionalism, and promptness!
We just had our air conditioning unit replaced today. Austin was fast kind knowledgeable and efficient. The owner showed up to assist, and after noticing their company vehicles that say “mental health matters” we started talking about life. There are some people you meet that just leave an ever lasting impact on you whether they mean to or not, he is one of them. His heart is pure and made of gold. Knowing the service came from a genuine person/company like them still gives you a glimmer of hope in this crazy world. We will forever recommend this company !!
