“Our A/C went out last summer in some of the hottest heat we've had in years. We had gone through multiple repair companies before, they charged us through the roof and would arrive when it was convenient for them, and none could seem to fix our air. Called Emex, they arrived super fast, explained to us what was wrong, and fixed our A/C in no time at all! I thought they had forgotten a few zero's on the price when I saw the bill! Super affordable! While others in our neighborhood are left without A/C from sub-par jobs by the other guys, we're sitting here in air so cool we could store meat in it! Great service, excellent company, highly recommended! Don't try the rest, just call the best- EMEX!“

“I am a tenant having issues with my new water heater tripping the breaker. Of course over a holiday weekend. On the bright side it was under warranty. I was given a 4 hour window for arrival and received a call at the beginning of the window. WIN! The technician, Ryan, was kind, respectful, clean, informative and helpful. I have extremely hard water, 47! IYKYK, he changed an element, helped me adjust my softner and diagnosed a weak breaker. He would have changed the breaker but the replacement has to be ordered. “I finally decided to stop putting off having my tankless water heater serviced and found Hot Water 911 via a Google search. I'd called at least a half dozen plumbers and couldn't find anyone that would service a tankless model in my area. I called 911 on Tuesday afternoon and was able to get an appointment the following day. The technician arrived on time and actually wore shoe covers inside the house which was greatly appreciated. He was polite, professional and efficient. He cleaned and flushed the unit in under an hour. He showed me the filter before he cleaned it and said that I should be cleaning it at least once every 1-2 years. The tech worked quietly and didn't leave a mess when he left. I'm very pleased with the results as my water heater is working properly. The service cost $230 which wasn't too bad. I'll definitely continue to call Hot Water 911 for the regular maintenance.“
