Highly recommend! Easy to call and schedule service with the office, and they coordinated all the necessary liability documents with our condominium. The plumber that came out, Tom Kane, was prompt and very knowledgeable. He fixed the few small issues with our toilets & shower, called Kohler to speak with their reps about replacement parts, and provided us tips on how to care for our dishwasher. We will absolutely be asking for Tom in the future. Happy customers. 😊
We have worked with Kuhn Plumbing for over 50 years for residential buildings and our own home. They are excellent problem-solvers for older apartment buildings with complex systems - boilers, water heaters, risers, sewers etc. and explain clearly what options for repairing or replacing are, helping us make knowledgeable decisions in keeping our properties in good shape. Steven was able to prioritize our needs and quickly diagnosed the issue at hand. He was able to resolve the problem with skill and efficiency, completing the job just in time for an event we were hosting.
