“Let me start by saying I’m extremely particular. Prior to making any significant purchase, I diligently research the best products on the market in order to avoid the possibility of needing to replace something down the road. While building a custom home in Northern Idaho, I was overwhelmed by trying to find the perfect flooring to complement our mountain modern design (it also had to work with radiant floor heat and pets). For months, I dragged home countless flooring samples from every manufacture on the market, never finding the right quality or color that fit my criteria. Then one day I stumbled upon PurezaWood Flooring on Instagram and quickly became obsessed. From the first phone call, the customer service was off the charts. The owner of the company, James, took the lead on my project. He educated me on their flooring and was readily available to answer all of my questions, even providing me with his personal cell phone number. I emailed James photos of the house and explained my challenges, likes and dislikes and he arrived at two color choices that would likely fit my needs. Decent sized flooring planks were delivered to me via FedEx in the colors Elmhurst and t37, both of which were great options! The product quality was undeniable and I was instantly sold! I chose the t37, due to having a variety of darker stain colors throughout the house and I didn’t want the flooring to compete. Once ordered and manufactured, I paid to have the product delivered to Idaho (Pureza helped me secure the most affordable transit company), which went smoothly. The install also went seamlessly, thanks to outstanding directions, follow-up and support from James. Every step of the manufacturing process is carefully sourced by James; the wood is truly from France, the glue is from Japan, etc. In all honesty, I don’t even recall smelling any off-gassing, thanks to the material choices that are sourced. I couldn’t be more thrilled with my beautiful flooring. James is passionate about his company and doesn’t cut corners; he wants nothing more than a happy customer, truly. Two years later, the flooring is still as perfect as it was the day it was installed.
