From the start I liked Andrei's easy, down-to-earth manner. He was straightforward and clear about what needed to be done and didn't try to make the job out to be bigger than it needed to be. He quoted me a fair price for the project and then assigned his best detail guy, Adrian, to the job. Adrian arrived with his crew on a Monday morning and got straight to work removing damaged tiles and installing new ones. Adrian then came back over the next couple of days to finish up. I was concerned about them being able to match the new tiles and stain to the old ones but I think he did an excellent job and he wouldn't quit until he was satisfied with the results.
