Had an issue with dirty carpet moving out of an apartment. Harvey from Central Rug and Floors coordinated with the building to send someone over and was so understanding and nice about it. The cleaning got me out of trouble. Plus the price was right.

I'd like to recommend Central Rug and Carpet in Evanston if you need carpet repairs. I purchased carpeting from them 3 years ago. The carpet started to buckle in the middle of the room. I called Jerry and told him my story. He said: "We'll take care of it." And, they did by sending out 2 installers to my home within a week.The installers came, power stretched my carpet, and made it look like new again. It took them about 35 minutes.
