We are very happy with our new flooring! Brian and Chuck were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We had the tile in our kitchen removed and they were able to feather in new wood flooring to flow seamlessly into the rest of our wood floors. The color matches perfectly. They also did some repair work in the hallway. Would highly recommend.
FCI did a great job. We needed to install new carpeting on our stairs, and the walls had recently been repainted. So, we wanted a different style of carpeting. They came out with a number of samples, and offered suggestions. We settled on one of the samples, received a quote and soon after they scheduled the delivery. Their guy came on time, worked quickly, didn't leave a mess and the carpet looks really nice.
We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International from start to finish. The personal consultation with the owner, Brian made the process easy and stress free. He took the time to answer our questions, explain our options and help us find the right runner for the stairs in our duplex condo.
The installation went smoothly and the crew was professional and the finished product looks fantastic. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and how everything turned out. Overall, it was an easy and enjoyable experience, and we would absolutely work with them again in the future. Highly recommend!
