He gave me a tentative quote right away, which gave me something to anchor against and a sense of what to expect. He said he'd give me a final quote right after I sent him pictures of the cabinets. Once he received those, he promptly advised me not to waste my money painting laminate cabinets. He gave me a very detailed logical explanation including pictures of how it will bubble up later. I'm taking the time out of a very busy day to leave him a well-deserved review because he interrupted his busy day to save me time and money. Being straightforward, honest, and keeping your client's best interest at heart is almost more important than the work itself, so I strongly recommend him and will gladly use him for any future painting projects. “I am here to revise and update my previous review about New Vision Granite. Previously I gave a negative review about damage done to my newly purchased kitchen cabinets, (purchased from a different business) while installing a counter top I purchased from New Vision on Armitage. It took a while but they finally came out to repair the damage. I must say Brenda who is the person that I am going to assume handles customer satisfaction was wonderful, she was not negative in any way, she listened to my complaint and after returning from maternity leave she got on it right away. We set up a date and her and her dad came out to repair the damage. Brenda was very friendly with me, we interacted back-and-forth talking about different things and I felt that she really wanted to get things straightened out and corrected. However, I can not say the same about Ruben her Dad. was not as cordial in any way, when they walked in my house he said a quick hello, but never said another word to me, not how are you, not have a good day, No smile, no thank you, nothing, i got the impression he was still angry because of my prior review. I want Brenda to know the only reason I’m changing this review is because of you. Keep doing what you’re doing, Because in spite of your father’s interaction with dissatisfied customers, you saved the day and I will recommend your business to others“

“They were able to take our vision and bring it to life, creating a beautiful and functional space that we are thrilled with. The team was professional, attentive, and always made sure to communicate with us throughout the process. “We have a small older condo, originally with a claustrophobic and inefficient kitchen. We were planning on a whole-house remodel including the kitchen and two bathrooms and had been looking at several cabinet companies. At the Planet Cabinets showroom we talked with Ofer and chose the semi-custom Wynnbrooke line.

We had five areas of the house we were designing for: the kitchen, two bathrooms, laundry room, and a storage nook. We were able to find a wood, finish color, and door style we liked that was consistent across the entire house. They were also able to get the countertop material we wanted. Ofer provided measurement drawings and 3D renderings of each area that greatly helped us understand the options available and finalize decisions.

Some things had to be decided after demo when we could see what was really possible in the space. Ofer met with us and provided options and expert guidance. Our final layouts are far better than the original building design! The kitchen and island are now spacious, beautiful, and with more storage than we ever thought possible.

We are absolutely delighted with the final results. Every day in the kitchen and bathrooms feels like a dream, thanks to Planet Cabinets!“
