Royal Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets

We recently ordered kitchen cabinets from Royal Kitchen and Bathrooms and are very pleased with the experience. Steve helped me find a product line that fit both my aesthetic goal as well as budget and promised the cabinets in 3 weeks, which is about as good as you can get right now. The cabinets were ready to deliver ahead of schedule and they allowed me a couple of extra weeks to prepare for delivery. When they arrived the quality surpassed my expectations and their delivery service was friendly, courteous and helpful. There were a few pieces that were damaged upon arrival, but they replaced those items within a day. I would definitely recommend Royal for a quality product and excellent customer service.

We were delighted with our kitchen cabinet purchase and customer service from Royal Kitchen. This is actually a Polish mom-and-pop family business, and one in turn referred to us by our Polish general contractor. The Polish network certainly worked for us and for our current kitchen remodeling project, as well as for a previous 3 baths remodeling project! Agnieszka is the family matriarch here and was our sales lady and helped us out in a professional and friendly manner over the two spread out visits that we had (two visits over 5 months) before making the purchase. In between the preliminary and final visits and quotes was the usual shopping around process, the holidays, and the usual procrastination, and then it was time to do it and make the finalized detailed cabinet choices. Agnieszka went over all of the final cabinet options and provided detailed layout drawings. In one detailed review, actually after our order was placed, she suggested we revise the width of the cabinet which would house our 27" wide oven/microwave from a 33" to a 30". She reviewed the model number of our oven/microwave, noticed it was only 26" wide at the rear vs 27" wide at the front, and concluded the cabinet's pre-fabbed opening would be too large to adequately secure our oven if we purchased a 33" wide cabinet. So we easily converted to a 30" wide oven cabinet, and compensated by using a 27" instead of 24" wide cabinet at an adjacent location. This was just an example showing that she was thorough, competent, and conscientious, and not wanting us to hit any snags with this project. They have a nice showroom where you can see some of the various available cabinet products (but as usual, much more styles and variations are covered in vendor catalogs) as well as choices of knobs and pulls you will also eventually need. We eventually also bought all of our new drawer pulls from RK as well, and they were shipped to our front door less than 24 hours after ordering! Our cabinets were also delivered in 4 weeks and were quality cabinets bought at a good price. A shout-out here also for Margaret, who is Angieszka's younger sister, and who gave me some friendly order status help during the big and subsequently stressful winter storm that froze Texas and which actually affected our cabinet delivery from there by a couple days. Dwayne was our friendly delivery driver, and also an extended family member. Like I said, it's a family business and I was very happy to do business with them.

Very nice place quality cabinets for a great deal dont do your kitchen with out visiting this place. Great family owned business there is always someone on the other line to help you I had a great experience with this place Very good.
