Ofer, compared to other people was not just behind a computer to design a kitchen. Instead from the beginning he was showing samples from his showroom which included colors of cabinets, cabinets, drawers, lazy susan, kitchen appliance storage, trash can drawers, etc. He paid attention to every detail on square footage for kitchen to maximize the space and great design. “I am here to revise and update my previous review about New Vision Granite. Previously I gave a negative review about damage done to my newly purchased kitchen cabinets, (purchased from a different business) while installing a counter top I purchased from New Vision on Armitage. It took a while but they finally came out to repair the damage. I must say Brenda who is the person that I am going to assume handles customer satisfaction was wonderful, she was not negative in any way, she listened to my complaint and after returning from maternity leave she got on it right away. We set up a date and her and her dad came out to repair the damage. Brenda was very friendly with me, we interacted back-and-forth talking about different things and I felt that she really wanted to get things straightened out and corrected. However, I can not say the same about Ruben her Dad. was not as cordial in any way, when they walked in my house he said a quick hello, but never said another word to me, not how are you, not have a good day, No smile, no thank you, nothing, i got the impression he was still angry because of my prior review. I want Brenda to know the only reason I’m changing this review is because of you. Keep doing what you’re doing, Because in spite of your father’s interaction with dissatisfied customers, you saved the day and I will recommend your business to others”

Henry spent a lot of time discussing the nuances of the installation process, ensuring I understood all the risks and signed off on the final layout. I had visited many showrooms and met with various fabricators, but the level of service Henry provided exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t decide on the stone, but Henry ensured I found the most unique quartzite that completed my vision. As we were working on the kitchen, Henry also helped with my fireplace project… he recommended the granite that he thought would complete my design and I absolutely loved the result. “Terry and Judy are some of the kindest people I’ve ever worked with. Gonzalo, their installer was nothing short of impressive. With no notice he was able to do all the electrical and plumbing, totally responsive and respectful, some of the cleanest work I’ve ever seen done. After renovating our entire house, the kitchen was by far the most enjoyable process to do. Despite the industries current wait times they were responsive and efficient and went above and beyond. They found us a tile installer on short notice, handled every hiccup we ran across and even found us someone to level our sunken living room which got done in a day.
