Lori helped me by drawing up the specs on her computer and showing me what the cabinet will look like since I added drawers. I picked my sink and drawer pulls there. She suggested a place in Wauconda for my quartz top. It was a remnant so I saved money.I am working with them again for my upstairs bathroom!“

“Terry and Judy are some of the kindest people I’ve ever worked with. Gonzalo, their installer was nothing short of impressive. With no notice he was able to do all the electrical and plumbing, totally responsive and respectful, some of the cleanest work I’ve ever seen done. After renovating our entire house, the kitchen was by far the most enjoyable process to do. Despite the industries current wait times they were responsive and efficient and went above and beyond. They found us a tile installer on short notice, handled every hiccup we ran across and even found us someone to level our sunken living room which got done in a day. He walked me through on what options we have for the design, and he took his time, and explained it very thoroughly. I wish we could have hired and used his company for our home, but we needed to start right away, and Jim wouldn't be able to start for a few weeks. I can understand why, because he treats his clients fairly, honest, and doesn't try and lie. I can't explain to you enough how great Jim and his company is. “We had a kitchen countertop installed by this company. I can't say enough good things about them! From Adriana, our sales person, (who followed up on all the details and suggested we go look at the large slab. Thank goodness she did because I almost picked the wrong one!) to the gentleman that did the measurements (very willing to answer all our questions and explain things and who was very prompt to get the plans back to us) to the installers (who did beyond a great job. The countertop was installed beautifully and not a seam in sight!) Thank you Master's for the great job. We recommend you highly and we would not hesitate to hire you again!“
