“Furnace went out last week and was told I needed to replace it ASAP due to a bad heat exchanger by another company. My friend recommended this company. Turns out my furnace just needed a new control board. The heat exchanger was fine. I believe they were trying to scare me with a natural gas leak. “My furnace was leaking water when the air conditioning ran. The unit is 20 years old and some of my neighbors had to replace their original Builder unit of which I have the same. Was worried about the cost of a new unit. PWA came recommended from a neighbor and over the phone, Bob basically diagnosed the problem enough for me to fix myself.
