Benjamin was very informative and helpful! We realized we didn’t have hot water and called him at a rather late time, left a message, not expecting to get a response until the next day but he responded right away! Came over the next day and informed us that the current tank we’re using isn’t a good one and gave us the history as to why that is. He was genuine and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale and he wasn’t pushy either! Got our water tank replaced, he was right on time and made sure him and his partner didn’t leave a mess afterwards! Great experience!
Got a very reasonable quote from Dan and was scheduled for installation within a few days during our first heat wave of the season. Installation was done within a few hours and looks very well done. I would highly recommend Pozitive Heating & Cooling To my family and friends.
