Furnace went out last week and was told I needed to replace it ASAP due to a bad heat exchanger by another company. My friend recommended this company. Turns out my furnace just needed a new control board. The heat exchanger was fine. I believe they were trying to scare me with a natural gas leak. Very honest tech and he wasn't even suggesting I needed a new furnace. Tech said it could last for years. Glad I made a call to Southwest Mechanical after my furnace went out again.
