We didn’t need emergency visit), they called back next day (Sunday morning) to discuss exactly what services I needed and confirmed my appointment (for Monday morning). They txt me name and a photo of my technician so I knew who to expect. My technician, Cory, called the morning of appointment to tell me when to expect him and he was on time.
