“Comfort First was fabulous; easy to make appointments online after hours (Saturday evening. We didn’t need emergency visit), they called back next day (Sunday morning) to discuss exactly what services I needed and confirmed my appointment (for Monday morning). They txt me name and a photo of my technician so I knew who to expect. My technician, Cory, called the morning of appointment to tell me when to expect him and he was on time. Very friendly, and professional. He explained everything, including pricing (reasonable) so no surprises. He took pictures of what he worked on and showed me. He had my furnace up and running in no time. Highly recommend and will be using Comfort First again in the future.“
