“I had a new furnace and A/C unit installed by Maertin Heating & Cooling in late July. As a senior citizen who previously owned and operated a small family business what I appreciated most about working with the Maertin family and employees is that they know their products and communicate what services they can provide in a professional manner. Maertin Heating gave me options on what would work best in my home and let me decide what to purchase based on my budget and needs. The customer support staff is knowledgeable, kind and responded quickly to any questions I had regarding the proposal, scheduling and warranty. Once I decided which system I wanted, I was given an installation date within a week. Maertin's installation crew showed up on time and walked through the installation with me. They were respectful of my house and left it just as they found it except for the new equipment. After the installation was complete, Scott Maertin walked me through how to use my new equipment and gave me instructions on any maintenance items I needed to do prior to their yearly maintenance checks. It's been 3 weeks since the installation and the temperature and humidity regulation in my house is definitely better than it was with my old furnace and A/C.
