Mike was very responsive. He was very familiar with my situation of a sump pump going out. They acted quickly to get my basement back in order. They took out all the discarded items and set up fans and dehumidifier quickly. I hope this doesn't happen again, but if it does I will definitely call Mike and his team.

James came by for a free inspection when we noticed a smell in our guest room right below the attic. We suspected it was pest-related. Sure enough, he found mice nests all over the attic and confirmed them as the source of the smell. He talked us through the process of how his team would meticulously remove the soiled insulation, disinfect, replace the insulation, and patch up any access points to keep out unwanted guests. He took our problem seriously and got us the schedule much sooner than we anticipated at a fair rate. Friendly and good-natured to boot. Thank you, James and ProFix team!

I was sorry we had the experience of ice dams this year but thanks to this organization, we were taken care of quickly, and avoided additional interior damage. They were prompt, efficient, paid attention to being neat inside and outside as they cleared the ice dam and snow on the roof, opened up drywall, dried out rafters and then replaced and painted everything as if nothing had happened. Also, they took steps to avoid the same problem going forward. I highly recommend this team!
