Tom and the team from Duraclean were outstanding! We had a terrible flood in our basement. Tom came and assessed the damage, explained everything thoroughly, spent 90 minutes doing this while FaceTiming with my husband who could not be on site. He and his team were incredibly professional, kind, thorough, and did exactly what was proposed, and more. It has been a very challenging time but Tom and his team and the staff, Vanessa specifically, have been seamless in helping this difficult time not feel awful. I would like send a recognition out to Tom and his teammate. They knew of my concern of my 1954 hard wood floors and were ever so careful. Plus my chairs look great.Cindy should also be recognized for her up front customer service. I couldn't even get people to respond to me at other companies.
