“I've hired Reid Custom Construction for several renovations and relied on Karl Reid for construction advice buying homes for at least twenty years. Karl is a builder and knows code inside and out. He adds value to every project and I trust his sound judgment complemented by his witty humor. As a general contractor, he oversaw ripping off and building a new roof, eradicating pests and blowing in new insulation at my parents' original home to remediate water penetration and infestation. He rebuilt my kitchen in Chicago when no one else I consulted could figure out how to make the design work around a fixed soffit and mechanicals. The end product was a show kitchen we loved.
