Dr. Pica immediately caught a significant diagnosis that had been missed for years, despite my child having annual exams. She helped us understand what had been overlooked and created a plan going forward.

We also wanted to try contacts, but other places told us my child was too young or handed us a short video and gave up when he couldn’t get them in. At Fox Valley, the difference was night and day. Sandy, a kind and patient staff member, spent a full hour working with him, encouraging him and giving him practice exercises. At our follow-up, we were scheduled with Sandy again, and she was just as supportive, patient, and encouraging as the first time. She made all the difference for my son.

Fox Valley might not have the rock-bottom prices of a Sam’s Club, but the expertise, patience, and compassion they showed made every visit worth it. Highly recommend — especially for families with kids.“
