“I just visited Central DuPage Vision today and had a great experience. I have been going to them for years but there was some turnover that was not particularly great. HOWEVER, I saw completely new people during this visit and they were great! I had an appointment with Dr. Desai and he was so friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. All of the ladies in the front were professional and responsive! It was a great visit and I can’t wait to get my new glasses!!!“

“Rita at the Streamwood store was very helpful, friendly and patient. I lost a pair of glasses, so I wanted to get my new prescription into an older pair of glasses( bought at Sears but they are gone). A different optical store wanted to charge me $150 for a whole new pair.They wouldn't put them in old glasses and it was only one eye that needed changing! Rita said no problem and the charge was very reasonable. I enjoyed chatting with her and was delighted at the service. I will go there for my glasses next time.“

“They were amazing. I gave myself a bad case of weld flash and it was horrible… like ground glass in my eyes. I called them and they were able to get me in between appointments on the same day and it was a Saturday. Everyone in the office were very nice and the doctor was great. He checked me out, wrote me a script, and told me to go home and take a nap… when you wake up it’ll be a world of difference. (He made sure to jokingly tell my fiancé that she’ll need to wait on me hand and foot until I’m better ?). He was right about my eyes. That night they world worlds better. By the next morning I wouldn’t have even known something happened. I definitely learned my lesson about wearing my helmet. I currently don’t need glasses, but if I ever do I know where I’m going.“
