Families enjoy that Dr. Brauer explains everything clearly, often relating it to everyday life, which helps children feel comfortable and confident during their visits. The staff, including Gil, is helpful in the optical department, assisting with sunglasses and designer frames. The practice also offers Saturday appointments for added convenience, and patients value the detailed discussion of their questions, feeling well-informed and cared for during each visit.

Illiterate doctors doesn't even know the difference between requirement and recommendation. They are just b***s*****g. They don't know what is good for the patient and what not. Also their staff doesn't know how to talk with the patient and doesn't want to listen and understand the concern that patient have. The only thing this place look at is how to pull money from patients and make more profit from them that's all. Really bad experience from the first visit.
Always a great experience here! All the staff is super friendly. Natalia who works the front desk is very kind and will make sure everything is taken care of for you. The doctor was friendly, informative and personal. Beth was absolutely amazing and one of the kindest people I’ve very met. She probably spent a good hour helping me find the perfect pair of glasses that was in my price range. After talking with her she knew my style and picked out glasses she thought would suit me best. After we found the perfect pair she even gave me a discount on my glasses. Overall super friendly staff, amazing service and great doctors.
