I was really impressed with how thorough the eye exam was. The staff took their time to make sure my prescription was accurate, and an expert helped me choose frames that suited me really well. The price was also really good compared to other places—I was able to get two pairs for about what I would have paid for just one pair at other stores. What a wonderful experience. I lost my glasses and no one else could get them faster than 2-3 weeks and after calling a dozen or more places, Vision Lab was able to get me replaced and ready same day! I was leaving for vacation so time was limited and very important. Figuring that I’d have to pay a lot more for fast service, I was very happy and surprised that, with an exam, new frames, and lenses, I was out the door for about 1/2 what I’ve been paying.
