I came here when the year started and have never had a better eye exam. I felt comfortable, at home, and the staff treated me with such kindness and patience. I could not recommend QeyeC enough!! “I appreciate Dr Kubicki. I followed him from his office in McHenry where he had taken over Dr Fontana's practice. He took time with me as I am a diabetic. I chose new glasses which after insurance was nearly $500. I assumed I could pay 50% immediately and the balance when I picked up my new glasses. This has been the standard for 55 years that I have had glasses so imagine my surprise when I was told that the full amount had to be paid up front! Though I understand that Dr Kubicki now works for a corporation, I am very disappointed.“

A very short wait for the Dr., after a great and immediate acknowledgment as soon as I walked up to Sears Optical (on the 2nd floor) for my appointment. Dr. Strasser's eye exam and contact fitting was thorough, informative, fun and the result is I am now wearing the trial period contacts that for the first time since wearing contacts, actually don't hurt. Dr. Strasser employs a "try before you buy" contact policy that is much appreciated by me, since I have had painful contacts in the past. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Strasser, his receptionist and Sears Optical.“

“Rita at the Streamwood store was very helpful, friendly and patient. I lost a pair of glasses, so I wanted to get my new prescription into an older pair of glasses( bought at Sears but they are gone). A different optical store wanted to charge me $150 for a whole new pair.They wouldn't put them in old glasses and it was only one eye that needed changing! Rita said no problem and the charge was very reasonable. I enjoyed chatting with her and was delighted at the service. I will go there for my glasses next time.“
