“We have been going to Global Optical for many years, and the level of care and customer service has consistently been exceptional. The entire team is professional, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making every visit a great experience.

Ms. Carol is truly one of a kind. She is incredibly caring and personable, always remembers our names and who we are, and takes the time to understand exactly what we need. Even though we typically come in for our annual eye exams, she makes us feel like valued, long-term customers every time. Now that we have a son, she has gone above and beyond to teach him the importance of taking care of his eyes and his glasses.

Dr. Mark is also excellent. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain our eye health clearly, including what we can do to protect our vision and prevent further issues. Ms. Rosa is equally wonderful, always kind, helpful, and welcoming.

Global Optical also offers a fantastic selection of stylish, quality eyewear at very reasonable prices. There are options for every style and budget, and the team makes the entire process of choosing glasses easy and enjoyable.

We truly appreciate the professionalism, expertise, and personal attention we receive from everyone at Global Optical. If you’re looking for quality eye care, affordable eyewear, and a team that genuinely cares about its patients and customers, we highly recommend them.”
