“Service master came in and did restoration work in my home. Sam was very friendly and helpful as was every other employee that entered my home. They were quick and efficient in their work. We would definitely use them again!”
“ServiceMaster Restoration By Simons did an excellent job helping us after a Category 3 sewage loss at our home in Highland Park. Shawn and his team responded professionally, cleaned up the affected areas, disinfected everything, and made sure the basement was properly dried.
What stood out most was their communication. They kept us informed throughout the process and also stayed in contact with our insurance company. Because our insurance coverage was limited, they worked with us to keep the invoice reasonable while still providing high-quality service.
The crew was respectful, knowledgeable, and thorough during a very stressful situation. I would gladly recommend ServiceMaster Restoration By Simons to anyone dealing with sewage cleanup, water damage, or emergency restoration services.”
“George and his entire team did such an amazing job! George took a lot of time during the consultation to explain the cleaning process, and the day of the cleaning ran so smooth. His crew knew exactly what to do and everything went seamlessly. Our furniture and carpets look amazing. It's clear that George not only runs a great business, but hires great employees as well. I look forward to working with them again!”
