We recently used Service Master for water damage in our finished lower level. They were very responsive and came out same day we called to review the damage, and began the mitigation and restoration in two rooms affected by the water damage next day. They worked with our insurance company extremely well. Their level of service and their staff's were excellent. They took full control of the cleanup, the repairs, the painting, and replacement of carpet for the two rooms. They made an otherwise difficult situation very easy and smooth through to recovery.
