“Our sliding back door became very difficult to open, was not aligning properly when closed which allowed cold air to enter our room and the lock became very weak.We contacted Sliders USA and Trevor did an EXCELLENT JOB installing rollers and realigning our door including changing the lock. They worked with us from the beginning to the end, always answering phone calls, emails and constant questions. John, our Project Manager, was always there to help answer questions and making sure things were running smoothly.
