I am very pleased with Epic. From the beginning John Lee was professional, friendly, prompt and very communicative.He thoroughly explained the process of hail damage mediation with the insurance company and handled all the communication with them to ensure all the damages were covered.The crews who performed the work were also friendly, competent and worked efficiently to complete all the work in a timely manner.As we have an older home 1940 there were a couple unexpected surprises. Steven and his team did a great job on our roof two years ago here in Skokie. They did the entire roof including the porch and gutters. Very professional, very clean, and finished on time.Steven even checked the insulation and the kitchen exhaust duct in our attic. I worked with Sarah and she was extremely helpful throughout the process. She walked me review my current home insurance policy then walked me through what the full claims process. During the roof installation, her and her partner checked in on the process in person and provided updates on the progress. Sarah and her team are very professional and easy to work with.
