I highly recommend Peter. Several years ago after another roofing company messed up my roof, Peter explained the problem and put on a new roof! He and his crew were quick, clean and easy to work with.Recently, we had storm damage and again used Peter. His prices are fair, he answered all my questions, made recommendations and was very professional. His crew did a great job of cleaning up when they were done. Peter checked on the work during and after.

Sargon has done a lot of work on our house in the past and it has been excellent. I knew who to call when we ran into issues during a demo and found that our sider was leaking water. Peter helped us pick out an amazing patio door for a replacement. I love the handle and how heavy and solid the door feels! It also looks amazing. We also decided to replace the window that was next to it as it had broken hard wear. We went from a double hung to awning style with Peter's guidance. I would have never considered it but I LOVE the view out of that window. It looks so much bigger and we still get great airflow through it. SO HAPPY with this! I can’t say enough positive things about Peter at Sargon Construction! I had ice forming on the inside of my windows and water leaking from my bathroom ceiling vent and several ceiling light fixtures. Peter asked me a few questions over the phone and gave me some specific steps to take. He came the very next day to inspect and, sure enough, the things he told me to do had completely resolved the issue. While here, he gave me several more tips for proper home maintenance that will likely save me a lot of trouble in the future!
