Vladi, with Titan V Porches responded to my request for an estimate in less than 24 hours, and came to my house for a consultation the very next day. First of all, he showed up on time. He listened to my design ideas and he offered his professional opinion. Another company tried to persuade me to not get a permit and construct the deck in a cheaper way than what was required by my village. Vladi specifically told me to request a permit, and the the only builds to code. (He guided me through the permit request, given it was my first time having to do that.) The day after the consultation I received his estimate. I highly recommend Titan V Porches for their professionalism, value, and quality.“

We remodeled the bathroom in our condo and they did a great job, everything we expected and more. They took care to protect our floors and contain the dust, and they cleaned up at the end. They were responsive to following the rules of the condo building and getting appropriate permits. David was easy to work with and was a wealth of practical information as far as making decisions about products and design. He works with his father, Robert, and everyone on the team were good workers with an attention to details. Tom, the tiler, was pleasant to have around, and took pride in his work. Paperwork was accurate and professional. Communication was prompt and timely. I felt like we were in good hands throughout the project. He made sure that everything was to our liking as if he was renovating his own kitchen. “Great experience with these guys! Ryan came out to give us an estimate for power washing and resealing/staining our deck. I felt his estimate was VERY reasonable. It did take awhile for them to get to us, but once they started they were super fast and efficient. I did find a couple missed spots after they were gone, and a couple missed cleanup spots, Nothing major though. I mentioned it to Ryan and he sent a couple guys out next day to take care of it. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again when it's time to get our deck done again!“

I did some searching online and came across Family First Restoration. The reviews across different platforms were consistent on what a pleasure it is to do business with this company.Felicia, the office manager, was one of the most pleasant and helpful persons I've encountered (she is also prompt in getting back to me). She asked that I text her a picture of the crack and she'll forward it to Martin (the owner). Martin reviewed the information and came out the next day to evaluate the situation.He said if there's one crack there has to be another. AND you know what? There was another crack that I didn't even notice. The price was good (it was in my expected range) and I scheduled the work. I asked him about a preventative solution to avoid further disruption and he came up with a plan and quote for a drainage system.The day of the job Martin and his employee Ruben came out to complete the project.
