Absolutely fantastic team to work with at Fairfield! From the office staff to project manager, everyone was very detail orientated and went above and beyond to make the process as stress-free and seamless as possible.
There are a lot of builders/remodelers out there, many are good and some are less than straightforward. I have first-hand knowledge that Kevin and Scott are the best of the best. They are honest and truly interested in their customers' satisfaction. The homes they build add value and beauty to the neighborhoods they work in. This business is a true Arlington Heights gem.
Kevin and team built us a retirement home with our plans. We love our house. The attention to detail , follow up, and craftsmanship was outstanding. Four years later we had an issue with a hot water heater and it was under warranty and he took care of putting us in contact with the vendor. Kevin is very knowledgeable, has good ideas and stands behind his product.
