“Our finished basement flooded in July due to heavy rains and sewer backup. Ron and his team were able to come check everything out ASAP, whereas other companies were providing dates that were weeks and months out, just to provide quotes. Ron was forthright, communicative and very responsive throughout the whole process. We decided to waterproof the basement while we were at it, so not only did his team remove everything that was damaged (flooring, walls, doors) but also installed drain tiles and a sump pump to avoid this problem in the future. They also did a fantastic job putting everything back together in record time just before Christmas. It was a stressful process but Ron and his team helped put us at ease knowing they had everything taken care of. Everyone that came in and out of the house was incredibly respectful of our space and went above and beyond to make sure things were done the right way.
