There isn't a ServPro page for the South Chicago/EP office but when I called the office, I called the number to this office. I hope the review can be shared with the folks from the correct office. Pat H., Eddie, and the other three gentlemen that provided services were great! Pat H. is professional, punctual, communicates well and uses a human voice and not a douchy sales pitch. After calling the office Pat called me within 10 mins to schedule a next day appointment. The quote that was provided was twice as much as another quote we received but sometimes you can't cut corners, quality over quantity. The issue is at my moms house who's a senior citizen. Highly recommend their work and working relationship. Speedy response, great service, simple communications, got the job done and did the above and beyond of what we asked for. Honest business people are rare and we truly appreciate them!! I would recommend this company any day!
