Tom was my main point of contact. He is very professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic toward our situation. He answered all my questions and treated me like family. We got some other estimates from other companies that wouldn't take the time to explain pricing or the process or even shake my hand. I felt like just another job site or pit stop to other roofers. Reliance Roof Troop treats you like a human and guides you through the tedious insurance claim process, which was huge. As far as estimates and pricing, they are very very reasonable. They can lay out different shingle options based on your budget. Patrik from RRT was the project manager (sorry if I got his title wrong). He was also very professional and knowledgeable.
