Just to clarify, All-Star Heating & Air Conditioning is Service Now Home Services, or at least that's where the Website redirects to. If that hasn't confused you enough when you call the All-Star Heating & Air Conditioning number you might have previously had it goes to Perfect Home Services which is another HVAC Company.

The original Owner was Greg who was a local Dekalb business owner. Greg retired and sold the business to Jason who owned JNJ Heating and Air Conditioning in the Fox Valley area looking to expand in the Dekalb/Sycamore area. A few years later Jason sold the business and did not let any of his Customers know.

The story ends there. It's not the same anymore and you don't get the same personalized service you did from local small business owner IMO. If you want to continue to support local small businesses, there are other small business HVAC companies local in the Dekalb/Sycamore area. See my other Review for a recommendation. I had a review for All-Star but since the company is basically defunct, I removed it since it is no longer relevant. I took 1 Star off because Jason failed to contact anyone he was selling the business. At least Greg gave everyone about a year notice he was retiring.“
