Superb customer service, and really appreciated the level of professionalism from the owner and staff. I was looking to replace a 23 year old furnace. Chris took the time to explain my options, and really listened to my concerns with the current system to recommend the best solution for my home. I am an engineer and asked quite a few questions and did a lot of my own research, and I was very happy with his patience in helping work through the various options available. We have had Service Now(previously One Hour Heating) do all of our heating and A/C , including installation, repairs and maintenance for at least 12 years now. Recently we had some electrical work done as well. Chris and every person that we have dealt with have always been extremely professional.
