“I found this company after looking up a sewer technology company, and they put me into contact with this company for plumbing. I was given an appointment promptly. Pricing was transparent from the beginning, which has been a problem for me with past plumbing companies. I had also been told by past plumbing companies for different drainage problems that they could not solve the problem and they must go up through the ceiling or tear out my 125 year-old original hardwood flooring and the vanity, etc., to solve the problem and figure out what the problem was at all. My technician was Dan and he was professional and confident from the beginning. He did not add on any costs so the costs were truly transparent. He was able to fix the drain problem that others had not been able to without telling me that he needed to demolish my ceiling or my bathroom to figure out the problem. He was prompt and efficient and Clear clearly skilled with 37 years of experience under his belt. If I ever need a plumber again this is the company I will call, and while I’m sure other plumbers would be similarly qualified, I would be requesting Dan. Best plumbing experience so far in a 125 year old house with multiple plumbing issues over the years.”
