Manny Alvarado is someone you can count on! Our air conditioning went out and we called. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. He didn’t try to up sell us and his pricing was fair. I will call Reliable Cooling and Heating for all of our heating/cooling needs. I can’t recommend him highly enough!
I had Manny to the house several times now. First was last winter when our furnace stopped working during the below zero cold streak. Our unit was old and beyond its life expectancy, so we suspected a new furnace would be needed. Manny promptly installed a new furnace so that we didn't freeze. He was very transparent about our options of new units and helped us decide what would be the best fit for our family and budget. The unit has been working great. Had Manny out again today for our air conditioner that suddenly stopped working. He kindly explained the process of repairing the AC unit. He had it fixed in no time.
