BEST BARBER IN ILLINOIS!!! I moved to Chicago from California (The Bay Area) 4 years ago and have been going to Jae for about 3 of those years now. He’s amazing!!! Every cut is done with precision no matter what I’m wanting to try. He kills it every time! He’s a real professional who makes sure you leave his chair feeling and looking better than you did when you walked in. The service and atmosphere of his shop are unmatched that I actually travel about an hour and a half on the train just to keep going to get my haircut from him because nobody does a better job. I could go to a shop much closer, but to me it’s 100% worth the journey year round!
Please do yourself a favor and book your next appointment with Jae or any of the other barbers as well!! It’s a real family in there and they welcome everyone!

Dr. Kowalik is one of the best Dentists I've ever been to. He is thorough and has the best bedside manners. He isn't about just making a buck and recommending things we don't need. He actually cares about his clients and only suggests procedures we absolutely need. He is one of the few dentists that I know that can administer Novocain so gently you never even feel the needle Pierce the gum. Love this place and I 100% recommend him.

I am extremely particular about salon sanitation, but this place is truly 100% sterile and follows every protocol to the letter. They use disposable liners for the pedicure tubs and toss the pumice stones after a single use, which is unheard of elsewhere. The salon is very wide and open, which helps with the ventilation and makes it feel fresh.

First time going to this salon and even though they were closing soon, Laya still offered to get me in for a haircut and highlights. Carmen died this week at the age of 80. He's been cutting my hair for the past fourteen years and I always looked forward to sitting in the chair and conversing with him. There are plenty of you guys out there who have been his customers for many more years than me. He and the old shop will be missed.
This salon is a great place to get a haircut especially with Karina she knows her clients very well and doesn’t hesitate to accept new ones without an appointment. I’m a very picky person to let anyone cut my hair and sometimes i dont know how style it and she knows her face shapes and hair types very well and mind you i have stubborn curly thick hair. The salon is very clean and they speak English,Spanish and polish there. The other ladies were nice and have a welcoming vibe as well. If you’re looking for a new salon this place is it!

I was a non-appointment walk in and it was in & out. As a female customer, the barber did NOT make me feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed as most barber shops do. The price was fair and affordable, I am definitely going to go back due to the difficulty I have experienced in the past year and a half trying to find a barber shop that is willing to cut women's hair.
