When Jeremy came out today, he was able to identify the source of the issue. He also ran the line all the way to the city connection and physically showed me what he had been explaining over the phone. Seeing it firsthand made everything click, and I left feeling informed instead of confused.

What I appreciated most was how honest and straightforward Jeremy was throughout the entire process. There was no pressure, no scare tactics, and no attempt to sell me something I didn’t need. Just clear communication, expertise, and a genuine desire to help solve the problem.
