Our condo building's ejector pump failed and after contacting Chicago Sewer Experts, the technicians were dispatched within 3 hours. Terry and Nick were professional and informative when confirming the diagnosis. The ejector pump was replaced good as new within an hour of the diagnosis and they also walked us through the work completed, testing the newly installed pump while we were present, and offered several tips to help us stay ahead of future maintenance. We had received a quote from another plumbing company, but selected CSE due to their competitive pricing as well as their service labor warranty.
