Unfortunately there is a chance of recurring and I noticed my dog had another growth near the original area and called on Monday. We got a same day appt to consult the situation and we're scheduled for surgery on Wednesday. Thank you Brookville for getting him in and on his way to healing again fast ??“

Whereas before I received comments of “normal dog anatomy” or here are some anti-inflammatories at my previous vet, here I received actual answers the first day we went and a plan to move forward in a way that worked best for my dog and not for a symptom. “I have to start off by saying my rescue dog has major separation anxiety. I was nervous to leave him with a facility or anyone, really.

PNP really made him feel as comfortable as possible upon check in! The staff is friendly and most of all the establishment is CLEAN and disinfected throughout the day!

You get access to cameras to watch over your pup interact with other dogs in the play area. They also have single suite/room options if your dog is not sociable and also doesn’t do well in crates.

Overall, I really feel comfortable knowing my anxious doggo is in the best hands whenever I have to travel !“

“Our cat suffered a paw injury and began limping and we started calling around vets but couldn’t get any soon appt, we called Gentle Care Vet and they got us in same day morning appt ! Same thing happened again when we needed an appt and again, we were given a same day appt. The Dr is patient and takes his time, he examined her, trimmed her nails, gave an antibiotic shot and prescription for home. He took time to show us how to administer the oral antibiotics as well. They are very responsive over the phone as well. Turns out our cat is somewhat injury prone since she wounded her ear recently and I wasn’t sure if it was an injury, ear infection, or ear mites and the Dr was able to look at pics of her ear and reassure me it wasn’t ear mites but a wound. Would highly recommend !“

“Alicia is fantastic! Our Copper is a rescue, and has some trust issues to say the least. We haven’t even tried to get him groomed because of this and have been trying our best to keep him clean. But he’s been looking rough! Alicia came to Copper’s rescue! She was so patient and kind with him. Although we knew this about her already, because Copper was her student in her pet training course. Yes, not only is Alicia an amazing groomer, she is also an amazing dog trainer! Copper looks so good, we honestly can’t get over how great he looks! Thank you Alicia!“

“I’ve been bringing my cats here for two years and love it! The vets and techs are so nice and always give my kitties lots of love and attention. They’re not a big fan of the vet building but they sure do love the people. Their pricing is very reasonable too. One of my cats needed surgery and I was expecting it to cost at least three times as much as it did!“
