We recently had a new furnace, tankless hot water heater, and humidifier installed by Steve (and Frank), and we couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain our options when securing quotes and recommend the best setup and placement for the tankless water heater with future work we plan on doing in mind. Both Steve and Frank were great workers as well, efficient, thorough, and respectful throughout the process. Both showed strong attention to detail and genuine care for the customer. They’ll also be returning when the weather warms up a bit to install the A/C we purchased as part of the package. They even helped explain the new thermostat that they will need to install when the A/C goes in. “5 stars are not enough. During the 4 hottest days a few weeks ago
Jamie and his excellent staff were there to rescue me and my 94 degree home. Tech was here in a timely fashion, found the problem, drove into Chicago to get the part and returned to complete the repair. Jamie kept me in the loop during the entire process, THANKS PRO TEMP OF WESTCHESTER. How about our
government (red or blue) contacting Jamie for some valued advice.“
