We were totally satisfied with the technician who checked out our furnace. He discovered a water leak in the humidifier, gave us a quote for a complete rebuild for the humidifier. When I expressed my interest in just replacing the tube, he said they can't order just the tube but suggested checking Amazon. I did and I have ordered just the tube. Thanks and so greatly appreciated the honesty of the technician!
I have used Perfect Temperature Control for a few years. I have a plan with them and had an emergency leak in the furnace system that caused a lot of water. Brian took my call and arranged for someone to come out that Afternoon.
