Pet Boarding and Training near Bartlett picked by BestProsInTown
“I like going to Army Trail Animal Hospital because of the wonderful customer service and the speedy scheduling with my diabetic dog, Lance. Every time I come in to pick up his insulin, they know me by name. The staff are the best when it’s scheduling an appointment or rescheduling. I highly recommend them. Thank you.”
“I had to board my mini poodle dog Charlie when I went for a week vacation . I didn't want to leave him behind because he had a traumatic past as a puppy mill dog for 7 years before I adopted him and he was scared of everyone even the people of my family !!! I like the Carol Stream facility because of the outside kennel that each kennel has. The place is very clean and inviting. The staff is friendly and courteous and were able to calm my fears. What helped me a lot was the Furever daily report that I paid extra for but was worth the money ! The most amazing thing there is that the staff taking care of him managed to have him sit on her lap when sitting on the ground with him outside !! Don't know how she did it because he has never done it with anyone else but me. Pictures were sent every day and I knew he was in good hands. I love the place, nice nature around it and very well kept. Thank you for all the patience and caring for our animals !”
“Super cute. Very clean and well taken care of. A little on the difficult side to find if you don’t know the area it’s in an industrial park . It’s also by appointment only
.The bunnies rotate so you never know which group you may get. They are very well socialized as well. They are used to gentle touch and low voices. They do not allow you to pick them up however, you may feed and brush them. Super fun for animal lovers. They also do bunny boarding if anybody is looking for that as long as they’re up-to-date on their vaccines Highly recommend!”
