“Amazing customer service!! A sudden death in the family left us with just a short window to have two suits, shirts and ties cleaned. I called on a Tuesday evening at 6:55. I explained the situation and the very nice person said “Come by at 7 sharp and I can have them ready by 11.” We were leaving town at noon so this was perfect timing. Everything was perfectly cleaned, and pick up/drop off were fast and easy. Very affordable considering the quick turn around. Would absolutely use them again, when I’m not in a rush.“

“Sylvia’s did an amazing job with my wedding dress! They were so detail oriented with the tailoring and made sure that the dress fit snuggly and securely so I could dance, sit, and enjoy the night. Once we were past alterations I asked them if they could add some beading to my dress. Sylvia did 2 options as an example and then let me choose the one I wanted. The final product was gorgeous and looked like it should’ve been on the dress all along. They also never rushed me making decisions and I was very indecisive. On my wedding day I changed into my dress just minutes before pictures started because I knew it was going to be seamless and stress free. The under bustle was also perfect for the reception! Grazed the ground and no one stepped on my dress. Now I just dropped off my dress and veil back off to get cleaned and preserved. “I wanted to share my experience from last year because I am so grateful for this tailor. I had rush ordered my dress for what I believed was going to be my engagement, and when it arrived it was way too long.

I originally planned to go to another tailor nearby with good reviews, but no one showed up when they opened. Thankfully, I found this place down the street, called, and they took me in right away.

The woman there was so sweet and welcoming. I told her I thought I was getting engaged, and she was genuinely so happy for me. She altered my dress perfectly and in time for such an important moment in my life.

“I finally found an amazing tailor who isn't a dry cleaner! Olya is skilled, professional, and a delight to work with. She's tailored several pieces for me: shorts, dresses, tops, and jeans. She weighs in with her expert opinions, treats every piece with care (even casual crop tops!), and goes the extra mile to ensure everything fits just right. I was particularly impressed with her work on a challenging jacquard dress (pictured) that required significant reworking, including removing and reattaching the zipper. Now, it fits LIKE A GLOVE and made me feel like a Barbie doll. Olya's studio is comfortable for fittings. Pricing is fair. And while turnaround is a few weeks, she was able to expedite one of my dresses so I'd have it in time for vacation in 1 week. Highly recommend Olya's Tailor Shop.“
